Speech Therapy Talk Services LLC offers digital books, materials, and membership items. Therefore,  it does not issue refunds once the order is complete and the materials have been received.

As a customer of Speech Therapy Talk Services LLC, it is your responsibility of understanding this policy before purchasing an item.

Members - Refunds

We do not offer refunds for monthly fees for the membership program.  You are responsible for every month's fee until you cancel. There are no exceptions to this rule! However, you may cancel at any time for no fee.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Once cancelled, you will have access to the site until your next payment would have been due.

You are responsible for cancelling your membership. It is easy! Once logged on, click on account on the top right corner and then click "cancel." That's it!
